SSA Fellowship

Full Description

This fellowship is designed for those who do not wish to continue their education after 10+2, 10th, or 8th grades. The program is divided into two categories: Technical and Non-Technical.

• Technical Training Duration: 9-12 months
• Non-Technical Training Duration: 12-18 months

Fee Structure:

• Technical Training Fee: ₹4.50 Lakhs, payable through partner banks after verification. The amount will be repaid by the candidate once they secure a job.
• Hostel and meal charges: ₹5,000 per month, refundable if the candidate is unable to secure a job.
• Non-Technical Training Fee: ₹2.50 Lakhs, for candidates aged between 17 and 25 years.
• Starting salary will start from ₹30K and go up to ₹11 Lakh.

Agreement:

• A long-term agreement will be established from the candidate’s joining until their retirement age (calculated as 18 years + 35 years = 53 years). The agreement ensures job security for 35 years.
• If the company terminates the agreement, the candidate will be notified six months prior and will receive support for one year.

Verification and Charges:

• Verification Charge:₹14,999 + GST + MDR Charge (Mandatory for all candidates).
• Form fees will vary across categories.

Salary Deductions & Benefits:

• 10% to 15% of the candidate’s salary will be deducted monthly, and the company will contribute an additional 11%, doubling the savings.
• This amount will be given as a pension or lump sum upon retirement.
• Candidates and their families (including parents and children) will receive medical coverage and 70 yearly leave days.
• Additional leave will incur salary deductions.
• Salaries will increase by 1% to 5% annually until retirement.
