This category is designed for those working in the corporate or government sectors, whether in technical or non-technical roles. Applicants are required to provide their pay slip, job experience, and other relevant details. A training program lasting between three to six months will be conducted, during which candidates will need to prove their skills and capabilities. Upon completion, individuals can expect a salary increase ranging from 20% to 80% compared to their previous jobs. Additional benefits and better working conditions will also be provided.Participants will contribute 10% to 15% of their monthly salary, while the company will contribute an additional 11% on their behalf. This contribution will accumulate over time, and participants will also be entitled to 70 paid leaves annually, along with medical benefits for their families and parents.
