1. Fellowship Program Fees

The fees paid for fellowship programs, including SSA Fellowship and SAS Fellowship, are used to cover administrative costs, training materials, and support services. These fees are considered final and non-refundable under most circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a user cancels their application within 7 days of payment and has not yet started the fellowship program or training.
  • If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents the applicant from accessing fellowship services or materials.
  • In rare cases, if the fellowship program is canceled or significantly delayed by Bright Bridge Career.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Fees for any fellowship or program where the applicant has already commenced participation or received services.
  • Processing fees, application submission fees, and form fees.
  • Any custom services or consultation fees associated with specialized training or career development sessions.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@brightbridgecareer.com within 7 days of your payment. Include the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Fellowship or program name.
  • Date of payment and receipt or transaction ID.
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the following process will apply:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the approval date.
  • In case of delays from financial institutions, the timeframe may extend slightly, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Payment Gateway Issues

All payments made for fellowship programs are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. 7. Program Cancellations by Bright Bridge Career

In the unlikely event that a fellowship program is canceled or postponed by Bright Bridge Career, applicants will be offered the following options:

  • A full refund of the program fee.
  • An option to defer enrollment to a future date or transfer to a similar program.
